Return / Refund & Shipping Policy

If you are not satisfied with our product, we are here to help you.

RETURN POLICY:

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it and you have to courier the order at our office’s address.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you have received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

In Case you want to return products after Delivery, then the Delivery Cost and 3% (online Transaction cost) deducted on your paid money.

REFUND POLICY:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your account or in credit card.

You will receivethe credit within certain days, depending on bank policies.

SHIPPING POLICY:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
